Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, and more brawl it out in this lockdown fight club

The coronavirus aka COVID-19 pandemic has forced all of us to stay at home and abide by social distancing measures.

This can cause a lot of us to spiral into a pit of boredom, limiting ourselves to the entertainment we already have at home. Sure, we can always take advantage of essential grocery runs to get some fresh air, but even then you’re still technically doing a chore and not really having a ball.

With countries across the globe imposing various forms of lockdowns, perhaps the best way we can preserve our sanity is to participate in viral social media challenges to pass the time.

Yes, I can almost hear your groans of disapproval. But every now and then comes a challenge so genius and hilarious in nature, it makes you wonder why no one thought of it before.

In comes the ‘Boss Bitch Fight Challenge’ by Zoë Bell, arguably the most famous stuntwoman in Hollywood.

You read that right.

Boss. Bitch. Fight. Challenge. Featuring incredible appearances from some of Hollywood’s biggest female stars and stuntwomen, the 5-minute video is just what the world needed in a time like the COVID-19 pandemic.

The video starts off with Zoë Bell on her couch, exclaiming that she’s “so bored!” before getting up and saying “I just want to play with my friends.”

Well, let’s just say she could. The remainder of the video features a lot of notable female stars, including Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow).

Known for her work in Xena: Warrior Princess – basically everyone’s favorite ’90s warlord-fighting badass, Zoë Bell played Lucy Lawless’ stunt double. Bell also has accolades in some of Hollywood’s most successful franchises, including films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and a number of masterpieces by award-winning filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.

But perhaps the gig that really cemented her status as a stuntwoman and actress in Hollywood was a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill, in which she played Uma Thurman’s stunt double.
